Bug Buster - a history
September 14, 2011
Bug Buster goes live! So I cleaned up some bugs, added a few new twists, polished it up and hopefully everyone's going to like it. For those who have never played a match-3 game the rules are really simple. Swap tiles either horizontally or vertically to make three or more in a row match. When you make a match they disappear and tiles drop from the top of the screen. In this case tiles equals bugs. And there's a new twist in the form of diagonal slashing. If three or more bugs line up in a diagonal, slash the bugs to make them disappear. This gives you an added bonus of extra time so it's well worth mastering that skill. Good luck!
July 10, 2011 - version 0.1 ready for testing
I'm trying to reach out to a more casual audience with Bug Buster, so its heritage is probably quite clear. However, I think the multiplier system and the star system actually make for a more fun, balanced game. This is where I'll test versions to ensure it works before going fully public with it.
